TrustDiner is a community-driven information platform and does not provide medical or dietary advice. All allergen and restaurant data are user-submitted and may not be verified. Always confirm allergen and ingredient details directly with restaurants before consuming any food. TrustDiner Ltd accepts no liability for adverse reactions or inaccuracies in user-contributed data.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your reviews and submissions but grant TrustDiner Ltd a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute them on the platform.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Transfers

By using TrustDiner, you acknowledge and agree that we may share, transfer, or sell certain personal data to third parties in accordance with applicable UK data protection law. This includes:

  • Service Providers: Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including cloud hosting providers, analytics services, email delivery services, and payment processors
