I always love Bill's, the staff are really attentive. I never ask if they adjust for allergies tbh, as there are so many options here (also a vegetarian)

We used to dine at Bills Cardiff a lot but a change in menu means that sesame and flax seed are heavily present in the kitchen. Previously we informed them of my sonβs sesame allergy and his dish arrived with a small bowl of hummous which we confirmed contained sesame. Another time due to his allergies, the only breakfast meal they would be able to serve him was gluten free pancakes. Iβm sure they have improved allergy training since then but personally I felt it was no longer a safe place to visit.

I always order a full English breakfast here and itβs really good. Last time I mentioned my allergy they told me not to get black pudding and advised against it due to potential allergens. The staff have always been incredibly understanding.

I eat at Bills in Kingston regularly with my family - the staff always seem like they've been specifically trained in allergen handling, they often ask upfront, make a not of it to the kitchen and the food always comes out with an allergy flag in it to make sure everyone is aware. On top of that it's a great place for brunch/lunch with lots of great options.
